Sky Development is a real estate development firm located in Aventura, Florida. Founded in 2004 by Yizhak Toledano, Sky Development is today engaged in the acquisition, conversion, development and rehabilitation of prestigious commercial and residential properties in South Florida, and offers an extensive range of in-house services that includes: asset management, incentive strategy, market assessment and public funding. Today, Sky Development’s portfolio of properties includes 2,100 units – a figure that is still rising.

Although a relative newcomer to South Florida’s real estate market, Sky Development has experienced astounding success, quickly rising to become a major player in advancing the area’s development process. Shying away from projects undertaken by mainstream developers, Sky Development looks beyond “what is” in order to determine – and realize – what can be. Underlying this philosophy is a clear-cut entry and exit strategy, which allows the Company to jump on markets when they are flourishing, and move on to other arenas just before that growth slows.
