We are a full-service registered investment advisory firm. The company was founded in 1986 by certified financial planners Ronald J. Sloy, Tony Dahl & Jim Holst, three enterprising young men who dreamed of offering their clients better solutions than in-house investment products and commisson based advice. They turned their dreams into a reality with one of Portland’s first fee-only money management firms.  The partners reveled in the freedom to explore all market opportunities for the benefit of their clients. Released from the fetters of commission based selling, they honed their skills and developed a keen and objective market view.
