Ed Craine is the C.E.O of award winning Smith Craine Real Estate Financing, one of the oldest independent Mortgage Companies in San Francisco, California.  A 25+ year veteran of the real estate financing industry, Ed has originated and negotiated loans in excess of $2 billion, including both commercial and residential properties.  He has held such notable industry trade association positions as PR Chair, Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP). Ed has also served as Regional Vice President for the Southwest Region of the CCIM Institute, and has served on the National Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute.
