Speedflex offers an inclusive alternative to conventional exercise. By removing the need for users to adjust settings, Speedflex trainers are able to maximise the limited time people have to exercise in today’s society, delivering a seamless, productive and results-driven session suited to individual’s needs. A typical session incorporates calorie burning endurance intervals and weight training inspired movements from boxing, rowing, football, tennis, golf and more.
