Square 10 Source was incorporated in 2016 with the goal of becoming the leading Division 10 contractor in the Tampa Bay area. The four founding partners came from diverse backgrounds, each bringing strengths and expertise that have been invaluable in shaping the company.

Thanks to a strong estimating department, a dedicated early team, and a favorable economy, Square 10 Source grew to 10 employees within its first 18 months. That early growth was driven by people willing to take on multiple roles, learn quickly, and push the company forward from the ground up.

Today, our primary focus is hospital work, where our field installation team excels in wall protection, crash rail, handrail, lockers, toilet partitions, and accessories. These materials form the backbone of the Division 10 scope in multi-story hospital renovations.

Fewer than a handful of Division 10 contractors in the Tampa Bay area can successfully execute multimillion-dollar specialty contracts. Square 10 Source also pursues projects in hotels, universities, schools, condos, apartments, and assisted living facilities - essentially all commercial work, from small renovations to large-scale hospital additions.

Our geographic focus includes Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco, and Polk counties. We are a valuable partner on any construction project.
