Surf to Snow Environmental Resource Management, Inc. (S2S) is a CA Department of General Services (DGS) certified Small Business that specializes in assessing and managing environmental resources associated with large- and small-scale projects for clients ranging from governmental agencies to private developers to public utilities. With 60 employees we offer diverse experience in environmental planning, permitting, biological monitoring, GIS, and stormwater management (SWPPPs and BMPs), quality assurance and quality control, environmental laws and regulations (e.g., Regional Water Board Basin Plans, State Water Resource Control Board Integrated 305(b)/303(d) Report, Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, Army Corps of Engineers Section 404, California Department of Fish and Wildlife Section 1600, and other local or regional permitting requirements), as well as landscape architecture/design, and construction. Our primary office is in San Ramon, CA, with smaller offices throughout the state.
