Seasoned in construction and remodeling, Pat began his career in 1998 purchasing and renovating homes in Atlanta’s prestigious Buckhead neighborhood. Moving back to the Wilmington area, he managed various renovations and new construction projects for one of the Wilmington’s most respected builders before forming his own company in 2002.

Upon receiving his unlimited building license, Talbert Building has distinguished their work through integrity and constant attention to quality and detail. Pat and his crew strive to get the job done right, the first time.
