Tangible Systems is a consulting firm focused on Human Resource Development.  Our services include specific curriculum and training in Executive Leadership, Leadership, Management, Supervision, Sales, Customer Service and Strategic Thinking and Planning.  Tangible also specializes in organizational development, design and management; program development; communications and communication systems; facilitating the process of change; and problem resolution.  Tangible possesses further expertise in facilitation; strategic and business planning; coaching; development of efficiency and feedback loops and mechanisms; business incubation; finance and fund raising.

Tangible enjoys a wide array of clientele. We primarily deliver services to government, non-profit corporations and small businesses in the private sector.  Tangible is a State of Washington based Sub S Corporation with consulting clients in over 20 states. We use a consultant pool approach to services thus strengthening the consulting base through increased expertise.  We enjoy a wide variety of partnerships with other firms.  Tangible Systems was founded by President and CEO, John Lund, in 1984 and reincorporated under our new name in 1999.
