The Team Leadership Center (TLC), ‘Door County’s Adventure Center‘, is a place for learning, challenge, success & fun. Need to build team unity? Increase effective communication? Encourage “out of the box” thinking? Or, just spend an exciting and challenge-filled day together? The TLC team has the skill and experience to provide a wide variety of programs to suit the needs of your organization, group or family. TLC provides unique & highly effective learning experiences, training seminars and workshops using our adventure education curriculum, solution-finding activities, low & high ropes challenge course, outdoor adventures and kayaking. Our year-round clients include corporations, schools, youth groups, athletic teams, community organizations, government agencies and families. We are now open to the public from May – January by appointment only! Isn’t it time you gave your team a little TLC?
