Thatcher Engineering offers services in the fields of civil engineering, land planning and landscape architecture. For over 20 years, we have been proudly providing services to the greater Inland Empire and Southern California. Our concept is simple, we worry about the details. It is our opinion that the success of a project hinges on superior project management throughout all phases of a project, from site feasibility, site design, land use acquisition, construction documents and construction. Since 1989, we have provided professional services for clients that include individual home owners, contractors, design professionals, land developers, City and County agencies, municipal utility agencies and school districts. Over the last twenty years, we have been entrusted with in excess of 1,200 land development projects.
