John Corritore founded The Corritore Company, a specialty retail real estate firm, in 1988. One of his first major clients was Z Gallerie, who at the time had just six stores in California. John spearheaded the national expansion of Z Gallerie over the next twenty plus years and has placed them in over 100+ transactions including new stores, renewals and relocations in every major market in the United States. 

John guided The Corritore Company to be the dominant leasing company for specialty retail projects in Phoenix and the Southwest. The Corritore Company has leased fifteen important projects from the ground up. The Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter projects represent the finest examples of his work. These projects together are currently "state of the art" in outdoor specialty retail and have received national acclaim.
