We also have significant experience defending clients under investigation by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights. 

Our firm helps clients located throughout the United States and abroad conduct enterprise-wide privacy and security risk assessments, implement privacy and security compliance programs, respond to data breaches and defend against government investigations. We work to resolve issues in our clients’ favor in judicial and administrative forums.
