I started the Law Office of Philip Wild with the vision of creating a new kind of law practice  -- a practice built on lasting relationships, understanding of your needs and delivering solid value.  

For over thirty years, I have been giving expert, attentive and responsive advice to top industry executives, entrepreneurs, creative artists, families, couples and individuals.  

I specialize in creative approaches to deal making. My goal is to get you the best deal possible while structuring agreements that promote positive business and personal relationships going forward.

For many years, I ran the Business Affairs departments of major record companies including Clive Davis' Arista Records, Atlantic Records, Wind-up Entertainment and EMI (which includes the Capitol, Virgin and Blue Note labels, among others). 

As a private practitioner in Media and Entertainment, I represent independent labels, artists and executives in the entertainment field. 

Divorce Law and Divorce Mediation has also become an important area of practice through my association with Cooperative Mediation. My experience and training have enabled me to help couples negotiate their own divorce agreements in an efficient and cost-effective manner without the trauma of going through a litigated divorce.
