The McCord Group's strategic focus is on identifying and recruiting top talent in: Engineering/Transportation/Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical (MEP), Infrastructure/Architecture/Urban/Commercial General Contractors, Planners/Landscape Architecture/ Interior Design, and Facilities. These positions primarily involve recruiting for clients that are engaged in: fast-track, hi-rise complex commercial, institutional, and industrial projects that have achieved LEED Certification and utilize BIM Modeling and REVIT. Many of the specialty engineering firms focus on healthcare/ground-up hospital projects, clean rooms, highly technical renovations ,schools, hotels/gaming, shopping centers, themed attractions (casinos and theme parks), high-speed rail projects, airports and mixed-use developments. Additionally, some of our clients have project portfolios that include high-end golf courses and resorts. 

Searches that are recruited on can take anywhere from two days to two months depending on the complexity of the search parameters. As an example identifying High Speed Rail Alignment Engineers are more difficult than identifying and finding an Architect with an Urban Planning portfolio.
