Operating on an exclusive basis, our deep-seeded relationships with a wide variety of lenders is more than just a rolodex. When SHB presents a deal, it will more than likely close. For this reason, we are able to facilitate successful financing on behalf of our clients. Our portfolio of closed transactions consists of all types of real estate dealings including but not limited to land/building acquisitions, refinancing, bridge loans, development, CMBS and securitized lending, and mezzanine loans.

Our knowledge of the details of each transaction in relation to the general market has helped us build a boutique and exclusive business that currently closes approximately $1.5 Billion on an annual basis.

SHB is led by Steven Hersko, a real estate financing and investment professional who has closed over $5 Billion of commercial real estate transactions. Loan sizes have ranged from under $1 Million to well over $100 Million. His keen understanding of what it takes to close a deal makes him sought out by both loyal and new clients, recognizing that the cookie-cutter mortgage banker may not have the ability to resolve their needs on the more difficult of projects.

Steven received a BS in Finance from Touro College and lives with his family in the New York City area, where he is a respected member of his community.
