The Sovini Group is a Liverpool-based real estate services organization delivering construction, property, and facilities services to public, not-for-profit, and private sector clients. It provides an end-to-end service designed to streamline the property and construction supply chain. Its activities span social housing, building supplies, property services, and specialist services, and it manages more than 13,600 homes with an active development program.

The group operates primarily in the North West, with a workforce concentrated in that region, and reinvests profits to build new homes, improve services, and support local communities. In 2024 it launched a Health and Wellbeing strategy and was recognised with an Investors in People award.
