The Training Source, Inc. is an award winning 501(c)(3), non-profit that provides comprehensive job training programs and certifications for job seekers, youth development programs, safety-net services for families in-need and professional training for employers.

The Training Source, Inc. is one of only a few nonprofits in Prince George’s County to carry the Maryland Nonprofits’ Standards For Excellence® seal of accreditation and Candid® Platinum Rating.

The Training Source, Inc. was founded in 1993 by its current Executive Director, Evelyn Kim Rhim. The vision for The Training Source grew from a desire to earn a living by sharing her skills and knowledge with those whose personal and professional growth and development would be enhanced by her assistance. She requires this vision to be present in all employees of The Training Source.

Mission & Vision
The mission of The Training Source is to provide education, training and services that promote positive economic mobility. Our vision is “economic mobility for all!”
