Headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey, the company maintains a full-service operations office in Philadelphia and serves clients in the New Jersey–Philadelphia region. In May 2026, Torcon announced a project with Monmouth University targeting LEED v4 Gold for an all-electric, net-zero-ready building to offset more than 75% of energy use via the campus solar array, with DeSimone Consulting Engineers as the structural engineer and facade consultant.
