Torcon is a third-generation, privately held construction company founded in 1965 as a general contracting firm. Headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey, the company maintains a full-service operations office in Philadelphia and serves clients in the New Jersey–Philadelphia region. It offers construction management and general contracting services, with specialized expertise in science and technology and healthcare facility construction. Torcon has completed projects across the eastern United States and in Canada and Puerto Rico, and it employs between 201 and 500 people. In May 2026, Torcon announced a project with Monmouth University targeting LEED v4 Gold for an all-electric, net-zero-ready building to offset more than 75% of energy use via the campus solar array, with DeSimone Consulting Engineers as the structural engineer and facade consultant.
