Trans-Pacific Engineering Corporation (TPEC) is a civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm headquartered in suburban Philadelphia for almost 20 years.  We are a full-service firm, capable of undertaking multi-disciplined engineering projects ranging from conceptual planning and design to construction supervision.

TPEC has extensive experience in managing large-scale, long-term engineering projects for entities such as AECOM, CDM Smith, and the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD). Our staff is comprised of professionals, some with over 30 years of experience, in the industry.  We employ a team of watershed planners and engineers onsite at the PWD Office of Watersheds and a team of hazardous waste handlers at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
