Acquisition Tie TriAD Environmental Consultants is now part of Onterris, indicating potential cross-sell opportunities to integrate TriAD's specialized environmental consulting with Onterris’ broader environmental solutions and scaling capabilities.

SMB Focus With a small business profile (11-50 employees) and revenue in the lower single digits, target TriAD/Onterris account growth through scalable, cost-effective services and modular solutions that fit mid-market clients seeking boutique expertise.

Expansion Readiness Onterris has ongoing leadership hires and strategic partnerships (executive leadership addition and Greentown Labs collaboration), signaling a readiness to expand consulting services, testing, and lab capabilities to capture new client segments.

Tech Advantage Existing tech stack including cloud platforms, analytics, and digital experience tools presents a pathway to offer data-driven environmental consulting, digital twin-like modeling, and efficient project delivery to clients.

Market Positioning Comparable firms in larger enterprise markets, but the current scale and growth activity of Onterris suggests opportunities to win mid-market wins by leveraging TriAD’s government and industrial client experience and cost-effective solutions.
