AEC Industry Focus Tukuru Technologies specializes in technology consulting for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) community, presenting a targeted opportunity for upsell of IT services tailored to design, BIM workflows, and construction project collaboration platforms.

Midmarket Growth With 11-50 employees and revenue in the 10M to 25M range, there is potential for scalable IT optimization services, cloud adoption, and security solutions that align with midmarket growth trajectories and project-based service models.

Cloud and Collaboration Current tech stack emphasizes Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Google Search Console, indicating readiness for expanded cloud-based productivity, security hardening, MSP-style managed services, and migration or optimization engagements.

Process Optimization As a NYC-based firm delivering simple solutions to complex problems, opportunities exist to introduce workflow automation, IT governance frameworks, and cybersecurity posture improvements to reduce project friction and elevate client delivery.

Strategic Partnerships Comparable peers in the IT services space command large scale engagements; Tukuru can pursue partnerships or alliance discussions to win larger, multi-year contracts by aligning with firms that complement AEC tech needs and project delivery capabilities.
