Coleman Company, Ltd was founded in 1973 and was the first commercial real estate company in North Louisiana to be designated an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  We are a full-service commercial real estate company providing brokerage, asset and property management, financing, consulting, development, and construction services.  We currently manage a mixed portfolio in excess of 3.5 million square feet, including suburban and downtown office, retail, office service center, and multifamily properties.  Our current portfolio includes properties in Louisiana and Texas and we have also worked in other markets in the southern region in the United States.
