PURPOSE

Velocity Engineering Services was born from the belief that traditional consulting firms are unable to provide a satisfactory customer experience for their clients. Most consulting firms are large corporations whose business models are built upon performing high volumes of work each year. This results in an “assembly line” approach where little personal attention is paid to each project and client.

Clients naturally feel that their project should be given the highest priority. Velocity Engineering Services provides personalized “concierge” attention to each project and client. We utilize effective pre-engagement communication to obtain a clear understanding of both the project’s unique considerations and the client’s concerns, expectations and timelines.

Once Velocity Engineering Services is engaged for a project, the client’s expectations and timelines are prioritized and progress is communicated frequently. This results in a superior customer experience for our clients.
