Velvet Hammer is a Los Angeles-based marketing consultancy and boutique creative agency. But while those labels describe what we do, they don’t convey who we are – architects of better brands, businesses, and experiences. 

Our team is a group of senior-level creatives with the knowledge acquired from working with the world’s best brands, the insights that come from decades of experience, and the expertise needed to execute. We believe in questioning assumptions and validating perceptions (our clients are often surprised at the findings). We believe in creating impact, changing behavior and solving real needs – in making brands work for our clients and for their customers. We believe in collaboration, partnering with our clients to understand their businesses, their customers and the spaces in between. 

Most of all, we believe that good brands have the potential to be great brands, and we are proud that we can help them get there.
