VHGI Holdings, Inc. ( OTCQB: VHGI) is a diversified company with assets and interests focusing on opportunities within the Precious Metals and Energy Resources Markets. VHGI Holdings is actively pursuing new opportunities within the Mining Industry and the Oil and Natural Gas sector to maximize shareholder return. 

We have acquired prospects within the Gold Mining (VHGI Gold LLC) sector with historic operating histories that we have already expanded and which we intend to fully explore and with proper diligence develop.  We are approaching the energy sector with similar excitement and professionalism.  With this in mind VHGI Energy LLC is in the process of performing due diligence on numerous Oil and Natural Gas projects though  the U.S. and Canada that will allow for existing or imminent production.  It is our hope that we may enter into binding agreement on one or more of these in the coming months that may allow us almost immediate  cash flow and a truly predictable return on the investment.   

Gold, Silver and Oil are at or near historic valuations.  These global economic events have created significant opportunities within these markets; we feel we are well placed to pursue these opportunities through Lease-Purchase opportunities, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures.

Our expansion within this both of these industries will be through a conservative approach that mitigates the risks and looks to maximize the returns and increase the overall value for our shareholders.
