Vino e Amici is a full-service retail merchant of fine wines from around the world staffed by unpretentious wine experts and also offers a tasting room experience similar to that of a vineyard.  Vino e Amici will be a warm, comfortable and inviting environment to share wines with friends both old and new.

Bring your friends and make yourself comfortable in one of Vino e Amici’s oversized chairs or couches while enjoying great conversation, or reading from a selection of wine magazines, while relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.  Or, join us in our bar area and check out our state-of-the-art wine pouring machines offering a selection of wines that are ensured to be at the proper serving temperatures and their flavors preserved as the winemakers intended.  While Vino e Amici will be geared mostly toward the oenophile (a.k.a. person who likes wine), we will also offer a selection of local, regional and international craft beers.  

Vino e Amici’s friendly and knowledgeable staff is always happy to help.  Additionally, iPads will be available in the tasting room in case you would like to learn much more detailed information about the wines and beers available to purchase by the glass.  

Vino e Amici’s wine shop will evoke feelings of an Old World wine cellar with its dark wood racks and warm lighting.  Vino e Amici will specialize in limited production boutique wines from around the world and will also pay homage to the expanding Virginia Wine market.  And, a special “cold room” will display an even rarer collection of wines in order to maintain correct aging temperature and humidity levels.

The Old World will meet the New World with Vino e Amici’s iPad platform.  Guests are welcome to use our iPads which will be customized to provide detailed tasting notes and vineyard information on every wine housed in the shop.
