Vision Properties has been successfully developing and managing a broad spectrum of residential and commercial real estate for over 30 years.  All developments reflect three principles that have defined the company since its inception – intentional community investment, transparent business practices, and inspired building designs.  



Our diverse portfolio represents a full range of new or adaptive reuse construction.  Housing is a primary specialty, but our portfolio also includes office, retail, and institutional buildings.  Student housing is a recent focus, capitalizing on experience with colleges and universities to construct or renovate dormitories, academic buildings, and recreational facilities.  



From our home base in Philadelphia, Vision Properties has expanded to markets across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and New England.  We are increasingly being asked by communities to partner with them on real estate projects that require creative finance, design, construction, and marketing.
