Agricultural/Recreational
The Partners of White Oak all share a passion for the outdoors.  Founder and owner, Jeff Farmer III, has a track record for taking "project" land with potential and improving it for deer and waterfowl hunting achieving high returns on initial investment.  Jeff's projects have included planting a green tree reservoir on farmland in Lawrence Arkansas, which now holds over 100,000 ducks each season to his newest project in Augusta, AR which after levies and water control structures are built will impound and control over 2300 acres of flooded timber adjacent to the White River.  This will create one of the largest privately-held, contiguous green tree reservoir in Arkansas.
