Wilkowski Engineering provides structural engineering services to architects, building owners, developers, contractors and other design professionals.  Our scope of services includes structural design for new building construction, building additions and alterations, equipment support, condition assessment surveys, and repair and rehabilitation.

Our services in the design of new construction utilize our experience in all types of building and facility design and construction.  Projects include commercial office and retail buildings, single and multi-family residential, municipal facilities, churches, schools, manufacturing and processing facilities and mechanical equipment installations.

For existing construction we offer condition assessment surveys, repair and restoration documentation, design of building additions and alterations, contract administration, field supervision, investigation of failures and expert testimony for legal proceedings.

Services provided for each project are customized to address the specific need and the client's program requirements.  A complete review of the project and services are conducted with the client to gain an understanding of the scope and timing of the work at the start of each project.  Cooperation between the project team during the investigation and design phase and with the contractor during construction provides for a smooth, efficient and cost effective project.
