Our manufacturing and quality teams work with highly engineered product in tightly regulated industries - Aerospace & Defense - critical components for fuel systems / Gas Turbine Engines, Defense Systems and Small Arms; Medical Devices - Class III implants and instrumentation, Diagnostics, Endoscopic, Sterilization, Ultra-High Purity Instrumentation as well as other disciplines.

Primary machine tools: Swiss machining, 5 axis milling, 5 axis mill / turn, horizontal milling / dual pallet, high pressure,  EDM - Wire, RAM and Small Hole. RAM EDM is Nadcap accredited and supported with dedicated mill for electrode manufacturing, CNC Grinding OD and surface.. 

Our Quality and manufacturing teams are supported with several SmartScope and Keyence Vision Systems, Manual CMM, Programmable ZEISS CMM and Magnetic Particle Inspection / Nadcap Accredited.
