The Wise Law Group is a Professional Corporation founded on the principles of commitment to the Constitution, Due Process and Justice.  

Michael Wise is the founder and President of Wise Law Group PC.  Michael opened the Wise Law Group in November 2010 after moving on from his prior partnership at the Brennan Wise Law Group which he founded in 2005 after more than a decade in criminal prosecution, representing multiple Northern California counties.  

Michael Wise and the staff of the Wise Law Group focus primarily on criminal litigation, handling all levels of criminal defense, witness representation and even advise and provide investigation services to those who are concerned that they may have broken the law or may be under investigation but have not yet been arrested or charged with a crime.  

Mike Wise's experience in criminal litigation ranges from simple matter like Driving Under the Influence (DUI) cases and assault, petty theft or even fights which can be charged as either assault or battery.  However, Mr. Wise also has extensive experience in litigating much more serious matters such as felony assaults, Domestic Violence, Gang Violence, Attempted Murder, Fraud, White Collar Crime and Homicide, including both Murder and Manslaughter.  

Mr. Wise has testified before the California Senate Committees and has been repeatedly invited to instruct law enforcement on the tenets of criminal law.  He is well respected as a criminal defense litigator.
