Women's Workout World, commonly known as W3, has been helping women get results since 1982! Our mission has always been clear and unwavering: to help women achieve their health and fitness goals in a friendly supportive environment with affordable programs personally designed to fit their individual needs. We pride ourselves on great service and support for our members while creating a motivational atmosphere. We strive to provide the best group exercise classes in all of Chicagoland, including our very own W3 signature formats. We have 7 locations total and are constantly updating our programs to help our members get results. Within the past 2 years, we have launched our group personal training program using functional training techniques. We are proud to say this program is now in all 7 of our locations, and we couldn't be happier with the results our members have received.
