Working Class Benefits LLC believes that brokers should be responsible for all aspects of an employer’s employee benefits.  In the hectic business world, employers are inundated with regulation and non-ethical practices.  The decision to offer their staff a benefit, should not result in penalties or a mountain of paperwork causing additional payroll hours allocated to HR specialists.  Moreover, health products should be affordable and meet the needs of an employer’s demographic.  Everything from product strategy, compliance, implementation, employee education, and ongoing administrative support should be functions of an employee benefits broker.
