Wrap Up Insurance Solutions is a full service wrap-up administrator, consultant and broker for all types of construction wrap ups, including Owner & Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP/CCIP). Our business niche is in the development of partnerships with brokers, agencies and consultants to assist in the placement or administration of these types of programs for their clients. 90% of our work is based on setting up, administering and closing out Wrap Ups. The Wrap Up Insurance Solutions team has developed and managed Wrap-Ups (over 200 projects and $15B in construction in both Workers Compensation and General Liability) for a wide variety of clients throughout the country for the past 14 years. We partner with them on all areas of Wrap Up’s including project feasibility analysis, contract facilitation, marketing of the program to external & internal clients, placement advise & marketing guidance with the Wrap Up Carriers, administration (enrollment, payroll and credits from contractors), claims and safety.
