Xact Supply Company specializes in wide format printing and digital document solutions. We represent major manufacturers such as Canon, HP, KIP, Xerox, and Contex. Xact Supply provides sales, service, and supplies for wide format document solutions as well as office automation systems. Xact Supply concentrates on providing the best document management solutions for the AEC market with support before, during, and after the sale. As Vice President and owner I am actively involved in all areas of the business. We have grown substantially over the years and are currently one of the largest wide format resellers in the state of Florida. I am very proud of our designation as a HP Gold Designjet Specialist one of only two in the state of Florida. We were recently named a Silver Dealership for Xerox responsible for sales as well as an Authorized Service Provider.

Our team of factory certified technicians provide professional support to our clients. They insure the solutions our client invest in are installed properly and provide peak performance. We offer time and material service as well as extended warranty plans.

Our warehouse in Tampa Florida stocks a wide variety of toners, ink cartridges as well as a diverse variety of paper products for most wide format systems.

As a member of the Reprographic Services Association we are constantly working with other major reprographic companies to find and promote the newest technology to enhance the production capabilities of our clients.
