Xterra is a geospatial systems engineering and software development small company founded in 2002 that specializes in the integration of GIS products including ESRI (ArcGIS, ArcIMS, ArcSDE), Skyline, MapInfo and Object/Relational Database Management Software (Oracle, SQLServer). Current customers include DHS (CBP, S&T), US Army Topographic Engineering Center, US Marines, National Geospatial and Imagery Agency, and US Navy.
