ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded by Alan Zell in 1977 and has been providing professional retail property management, property leasing, tenant representation, investment brokerage and consulting services on a third party basis throughout Arizona for over 40 years.  Currently, ZELL provides property management and/or leasing services on retail centers totaling in excess of 4,000,000 square feet.  The retail properties which ZELL has represented range in size from 6,000 square foot retail strips to community centers containing multiple anchor retailers with over 300,000 square feet of space. ZELL’s property owner clients have included private investors, family investment entities, tenant in common investment groups, receivers, financial institutions, asset management companies and developers. Recognizing that each property owner has a unique goal for each investment, ZELL implements a property management and leasing strategy which provides each property owner with the best opportunity to achieve its investment goals.
