Zenith Service is a financial intermediary specialized in managing structured finance transactions. Established in 1999, Zenith is a rated Master Servicer (Above Average, Standard & Poor's), able to manage securitisations and Covered Bonds for all asset classes (RMBS - CMBS - ABS - NPL).

Zenith Service provides all services and activities related to securitisation: from the set-up of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) and Corporate Servicing – including administrative and accounting servicing, cash and payment services - to acting as Master Servicer, Back-Up Servicer and providing Loan Management, Regulatory Activities and Structuring.
