Founded in 1821 in Gambellara, Veneto, ZONIN1821 is a group that produces quality Made in Italy products, renowned for having contributed to the international export of Italian wine-growing culture and its valued products.

The beating heart of this all-Italian entrepreneurial reality is the Zonin Family, which for seven generations and over two hundred years of history has cultivated, interpreted and handed down a unique cultural heritage with a progressive look to the future: care for the territory, enhancement of local wine-making traditions, respect for biodiversity, technical experimentation, innovation in production processes and sustainable development are the elements that express the company's DNA.

Present in over 140 countries around the world thanks to the support of over 500 associates who work in Italy and in four branches (United States, United Kingdom, China and Sweden), the group promotes these values through the synergy of complementary brands that it has created or acquired during the course of its history. With production spread over a surface area of more than 4,000 hectares, the group produces and distributes not only still wines and sparkling wines under the ZONIN brand, but also the prestigious wines of the family’s Italian estates: Ca’ Bolani in Friuli, Castello del Poggio in Piedmont, Tenuta Oltrenero in Lombardy, Castello di Albola and Rocca di Montemassi in Tuscany, Masseria Altemura in Apulia and Principi di Butera in Sicily. 
These excellent Made in Italy products are joined by the wines produced in the two foreign estates: Barboursville Vineyards in Virginia, United States, and Dos Almas in Chile. 

In the different estates, the wine production activity is complemented by hospitality. The importance given to this activity has a considerable symbolic meaning, since it expresses the role of ZONIN 1821 in promoting education in this sector, respecting the typical diversities of each territory and promoting local know-how.
