Our mission is to revolutionize the IT staffing market by changing the way companies manage and source top talent independent contractors as part of their extended workforce. 

To accomplish this, we have developed Flex-IT, a new mobile Contractor Relationship Management (CTRM) application.  Similar to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Flex-IT is the first CTRM app created to help clients manage their independent workforce and provide direct access to a pool of proven, high caliber, local contractors. 

Whether used as a stand alone app with a client’s personal contractor network or with the 2xcel screening and sourcing service, companies can reduce costs and improve staffing efficiencies by gaining visibility to contractor availabilities and rates with real time updates through Flex-IT. 

For contractors, Flex-IT provides a way to manage and grow a network of local clients. Through the application, contractors can send availability and skills updates directly to their list of clients, thus increasing opportunity and visibility to future work.
