We know the value of great service backup too. All of our engineers have been directly trained by the manufacturers and have on average over 20 years experience in the industry. Each engineer carries over £10,000 worth of spares, enabling us to achieve a very high first time fix rate, ensuring that our customers get the best level of service, to compliment the best machines. We take the time to provide free site visits and consultations. By assessing the nature and level of laundry demand at each site, we advise on the optimal equipment and set-up for each laundry operation. With the flexibility to offer purchase, rental and lease options, as well as ongoing service and maintenance on both new and existing machines, there is a solution we can provide to maximise the productivity and efficiencies of each commercial laundry operation .
