Founder, Virginia Hart, of The Resource Group, has been working in the Assisted Reproduction field for 8 years assisting intended parents, surrogates, and professionals with their insurance needs. Ms. Hart is highly respected in the field and has been a guest lecturer at the American Bar Association Family Law Section, as well as the American Association of Adoption Attorneys speaking of insurance as it applies to surrogacy. In working with surrogates and intended parents, Ms. Hart realized the need for an agency devoted to the entire Assisted Reproduction Technology arena including, agencies, attorneys, physicians and clinics, thus ART Risk Financial and Insurance Solutions, Inc, was born.
