Small firm growth Aztec Environmental Consulting is a small to mid-sized environmental services firm with 11-50 employees and sub-$1M revenue, indicating a potential upsell opportunity through expanded service offerings, retained-by-client platforms, and scalable solutions as they grow.

Tech stack modernization The use of Wix, Google Workspace, and cloud tools suggests a lightweight digital presence and operations. There is potential to offer integrated environmental data management, compliance tracking, and project collaboration tools that can scale with their needs.

Regional focus Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company may be positioned to pursue regional environmental consulting opportunities such as permitting, site assessments, and regulatory compliance in the Southwest, with potential expansion into nearby markets.

Competitive landscape Operating alongside large players with substantial revenue and staff, Aztec could benefit from niche specialization, targeted proposals, and partnerships to differentiate on agile delivery, specialized services, or rapid-response projects.

Growth catalysts With a lean organization and online presence, opportunities exist to offer scalable project management, QA/QC, sustainability reporting, and ERP or CRM integrations to improve win rates, margins, and client retention as they take on larger or more complex projects.
