Benefits Solutions, Inc. (BSI), a North Carolina Corporation, was founded in 1991 for the purpose of providing services and products for the benefit of employees and individuals. Based in Taylorsville, NC our operations extend far beyond the state boundaries. As an independent insurance agency and licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA), we are equipped to administer self-funded medical and dental plans, fully insured medical, dental, supplemental medical, and vision coverage, Medicare supplements, re-insurance contracts and specialty programs like: 401(k), HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, and other tax advantaged plans.

Im addition to the design assistance and installation services on the front end, our staff continues the services throughout the year with claims administration and appeals, employee and provider questions, reporting, and compliance monitoring. BSI has been providing TPA services since its inception. As an independent agency, we provide competitive quotes from more than one company on all your coverage or selective components.
