As a result of our tremendous growth, we consolidated our operations in 2010 by relocating three separate facilities to a state-of-the art 125,000 square foot complex. The new location also serves as our Cash and Carry business that allows restaurant owners as well as the public the opportunity to purchase restaurant and food supplies on-site.  We’re also excited about the launch of our own label which allows us to expand our line of quality products at competitive prices.
