Our quest began when avid baker Mary Galvin decided to heal herself through diet and nutrition. She refused to give up baking and she developed these recipes so that no one would have to give up cookies! BeReal is a scrumptious sweet treat that you can actually feel good about eating.

Everything we mix into our indulgent hand-crafted dough is organic, plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO, fair-trade certified, and free of preservatives. Our ingredients are also dairy-free, egg free and soy-free.
