Regional expansion Targets include Florida and nationwide engineering services; opportunities exist to upsell long-term structural and building sciences consulting to public sector projects and private developers expanding portfolios.

Midmarket focus With 11-50 employees and revenue between 1M-10M, pursue engagements with mid-sized developers, school districts, and municipal projects seeking specialized engineering, restoration, and building envelope expertise.

Specialized services Emphasize capabilities in structural design, building envelope evaluations, roof consulting, and renovation studies to win projects requiring comprehensive assessment and retrofit expertise for aging facilities.

Technology leverage Leverage existing tech stack (Reacts, Chart.js, JSON-LD, Cloud/servers) to propose data-driven building analytics, performance modeling, and transparent reporting to differentiate from competitors.

Competitor gaps Position against larger firms by offering localized Florida focus, client-centric communication, and flexible staffing for overruns, making a compelling case for smaller-to-mid-sized project wins over larger national players.
