Headquartered in Parsippany, NJ we empower middle market companies to develop their talent in a way that is sustainable and creates a consistent pipeline of high performing leaders. We are industry and discipline agnostic, as we believe that the leadership development needs and requirements of our Middle Market clients have much more in common than their industry sector or functional differences. We are on a mission to make world class leadership training and coaching available for EVERY leader. Traditional training approaches where you hide away in a stuffy training room for three days with the trainer at the front of the room just doesn't work in today's environment. THE INTENTIONAL LEADER The Intentional Leader is a subscription- based leadership training and coaching platform that delivers weekly world class leadership training in bit sized portions. Every lesson can be completed in 10 minutes or less. The Intentional Leader is not a program but a platform that gives leader a consistent way to "sharpen the leadership saw." Each user also has digital access to a coach to ask questions, share challenges and request resources. FLIPPED CLASSROOM TRAINING Brilliance Within has created a proprietary approach to learning called, THE FLIPPED CLASSROOM, the turns the traditional model on it's head and combined self-paced learning, intensive practice and coaching to transform leaders and how leadership is done.
