Brio Engineering Associates, Inc. is a Civil Engineering design firm providing full services site development design for Commercial, Education and Healthcare projects throughout the western states. Our projects range from local K-12 schools and community centers, to large regional shopping centers and regional hospitals. 

Our services include topographic surveys, boundary surveys, land title surveys, re-parcelization, site planning, ADA compliance, site grading, drainage and utility design.  Many of our projects have achieved LEED Certification, including schools, libraries and hospitals. Brio Engineering principals each have over 25 years of professional experience.  The principals oversee all projects from the original conceptual design to the final construction documents. 

Registered in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, and Nevada. California certified SBE (Small Business Enterprise).
