Cardinal Engineering Corporation is a full service Civil/Environmental Engineering and Land Surveying firm that has been serving the tri-state area since 1968. The surveying team is available to serve our clients from the early stages of a project providing ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, and field topo surveys through the construction and as-built phase of a project where we understand it is critical to be prepared react to quickly to client and contractor requests.
